Dr. Carlos R. Jones, DDS, is a distinguished dentist and visionary smile architect whose passion for crafting confident, radiant smiles has earned him a reputation for excellence in the dental field. With a unique blend of clinical precision and artistic vision, Dr. Jones is committed to restoring oral health while enhancing the natural beauty and confidence of every patient he serves.

Dr. Jones earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University in 2001. He continued his advanced clinical training through a comprehensive general practice residency program at Harlem Hospital Center, Kings County Hospital Center, and State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. This rigorous training equipped him with extensive experience in restorative, surgical, and comprehensive dental care before he returned to the Washington, DC area to serve his community.

In 2004, Dr. Jones began practicing in private practice, and in 2011, he founded Stellar Smiles Dental Care in Southeast Washington, DC. Since opening his practice, he has remained deeply committed to delivering individualized, patient-centered care in a welcoming and professional environment.

Dr. Jones specializes in the placement of dental implants and has undergone rigorous training in implant dentistry. His expertise reflects a deep understanding of smile dynamics, preservation of oral health, and the art and science of tooth replacement. He believes dentistry is more than treating teeth—it is about protecting overall health, restoring confidence, and creating lasting transformations.

He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the International Dental Implant Association, organizations that provide leading continuing education and advancements in dental science. Outside of the office, Dr. Jones continues creating smiles through volunteer dental work and social betterment initiatives both in the United States and abroad. When he is not serving patients or communities, he enjoys outdoor activities, working out, and spending quality time with his family.
